Our COSA Stack Oxygen Analyzers are well-proven with thousands of installations in power plants, refinery process heaters, blast furnaces, coke ovens, incinerators and small boiler and furnace installations worldwide.  The small detector can easily be serviced or replaced while the probe remains in place, thus no disruption of the process is required.  Calibrations can be performed manually or automatically at user programmable intervals.

Until now, in situ measurements, used to tune boilers, were limited to O2 only. Also, our COSA 707 handheld multi-gas emissions analyzer is ideal for industrial and combustion processes.  Easy to hold, this handheld emissions analyzer is capable of measuring up to seven different gases and can be equipped with up to 6 electrochemical sensors and a CO2 IR-bench for simultaneous measurements. This lightweight, handheld flue gas analyzer is suitable for emission monitoring of combustions and industrial processes and now comes with seven sensors. CO2 0-20% (IR-Bench) & H2 S 0-500 ppm (EC Sensor).
