Dew point and moisture content plays a large role in the quality, shelf life, pricing, weight, and ability to process many products. COSA offers intuitive, easy-to-use moisture analyzers ideal for quality control, production and in-process control of many industries, such as pharmaceutical, chemical, plastics, and the food and beverage industries. With user-friendly interface, our multi-functional dew point meters are fast and accurate with low maintenance.
COSA Xentaur dew point meters use the patented Hyper-Thin-Film (HTF™) Aluminum Oxide Technology. COSA Xentaur’s breakthrough Hyper-Thin-Film Technology is based on major advances in thin-film technology and metal oxide sciences. It provides measurements with a sensitivity several orders of magnitude larger than of those made with all other technologies. HTF™ sensors are free of drift and insensitive to temperature changes over most of their range.
Check out our latest dewpoint transmitter, the COSA Xentaur LPDT2™, is an ultra-compact, loop-powered aluminum oxide sensor transmitter with both display or non-display options. It is a versatile, weatherproof instrument and uses the same user-friendly interface as all of our COSA Xentaur hygrometers. The analog output is linear to the engineering units selected for display and is user configurable. The unit also provides for a 2-wire RS-485 Modbus Interface. LPDT2 with display is a fully functional instrument operated through a miniature custom LCD display and four push buttons, using the same user-friendly interface of all COSA Xentaur hygrometers.
Our portable XPDM™ dew point meters use the patented Hyper-Thin-Film (HTF™) Aluminum Oxide Technology and is perfect for spot checks. Our Hyper-Thin-Film Technology is based on major advances in thin-film technology and metal oxide sciences. It provides measurements with a sensitivity several orders of magnitude larger than of those made with all other technologies. HTF™ sensors are free of drift and insensitive to temperature changes over most of their range. The portable dew point meter XPDM is a battery operated, hand-held instrument, designed for applications where quick and accurate dew point measurements have to be made. With the XPDM, accurate spot-checks of moisture in gases can be made faster and easier than ever, over the range of -148°F to +68°F (-100°C to +20°C) dew point.
Our HDT Series™ transmitters have a measuring range of -100°C to +20°C (-148°F to +68°F) (dp). It provides a high degree of accuracy, speed of response and stability unavailable from instruments using conventional aluminum oxide or polymer sensors. The HDT is designed to work in tough, high pressure and even in liquid applications. The sensor is not affected by condensation and liquid water; once dried, it will resume measurement without requiring recalibration.
Our XDT Series digital dew point transmitters are designed as compact, simple and reliable instruments, which will continually monitor air dryer performance, compressed air quality and dry gas moisture, from ambient dew point levels to as low as -100ºC (-148ºF) up to +20ºC (+68ºF).
